Climate change meeting at Copenhagen

They are fighting for climate change. Rich countries are not ready to reduce carbon emission because they do not want lose their leading position in economic scenario while poor countries are not ready to reduce there CO2 emission because there major portion of population is poor and there per-capita emission is very low. So, what may be the solution? I think rich countries would be in dominant position if they change there strategy and start blaming poor countries for their population burst which is the main problem for them. So only thing which can be compromise is that rich country should cut there carbon emission by80% till 2050 and all countries of world must try to reduce population density up to 100 person/sq km. It means that china's population should be reduces up to 1 billion while Indian up to 30 crore to reach these targets. This is the only solution to solve this problem. Are government of developing and developed countries are ready to achieve these targets. If they are not ready then they should stop to blame each other because global warming will cause extinction of only 40% of world population which is much less than reduction population because of plague during 7th century which was 70%.

So what do you think?

Indian Caste System

Caste System in India is curse to the society. This is man made system. The Arayans when they were invading India from Persia they invented this sytem to protect their Arayan stock from being mixed with the Dravidian stock who were the original habitants of this subcontinant. Harappa Mahanjodaro was the center of Dravidian Culture. As the Arayans were invading the Indian subcontinent the Dravidians were being pushed down south. The Rakhasas that were referred to in Indian mythological stories were non but the Dravidian people or the Dravidian kings, black with big noses and long ears, were fighting with the Arayan kings to save their home land. Rama was the Arayan king and Ayodhya was an Arayan kingdom. As these Arayans were getting mixed with the Dravidian people instead of throughing them out as bastards they started to give them a status as subcastes. They could not divide them anyfuther than 4 so they said the rest are outcastes. I wish we can do that in these modren times and extend the list of castes to more than 4 and include every body into a caste. Indstead of calling them out castes.

Unfortunately in these modren times the people from South also follow this great festival of lights which signifies the defeat of a Dravidian king over the Arayan kings. These are the festivals celeberated by the Northners but people of Dravidian culture also follow it blindly. These festivals are promoted to increase the commerce and to fill the coffers of the temples.

We were hoping that education in India will change the mental attitude of the people in modren times but the case is opposite. Why can't the modren society in India integrate these caste barriers and become one nation with no caste bars?. How people are killed every day in India because of this cast system? How many low cast people are deprived of their lively hood because they have no status in the society and because they had no choice in their birth. Is there any greater crime in this world than stigmatising a person because he/she was born into a family? Can I hate my mother and father because they gave birth? Because they belonged to some silly caste family the Brahamin has called as a low caste?

India is the only country where a person is disected into parts because of his birth. There is no difference between the blood of a Brahmin or the blood of a Dalit. The difference is only in the skin. There is no other country or a nation that divides people by their birth. There are segregations in way of status or amount of wealth some one acuires but not because of your birth. Can you imagine the people born into high caste in India, how they will feel when he/she is stigmatised because of being born into this world? Every person who is born in to this world wants to be proud of his/her birth regardless of caste, color or status.

The Brahmins in our country also cleverly invented this system for peopel to serve them for many lives by introducing a religious dogma called, "Karma". If you do good in your life and serve the Brahmin's cause well during you life time you will ultimately will be born as Brahmin, probably after thousand births. They not only hurt the people of India by cutting them into pieces by this system but made them to serve them as bonded laborers for life. May be I should not blame all the Brahmins of today. There are some good understanding Brahmins, like Nehur and others who did a lot to elminate this curse from our country. Gandhiji supposed to have said that Cast System is curse to India.

What surprises me the most is that, now a days, in these modren times, the young people of India are becoming even more regid in their thinking than their forefathers. Even when they move out of the country of their origin they exihibit these cast feelings. We have to appreciate the work of RSS and other BJP agencies in India who dogmatise these young minds through their school system, Central Schools.

I wish the government of India and each state governments in the country should make it a part of the education system to teach every child of India that Caste System is curse to the society and it is punishable under the law. In the Social study books there should be number of chapters dedicated to write against this system and each child should be educated to respect the birth of each Indian.

Careing you..

I gave you life,
but cannot live it for you.

I can give you directions,
but I cannot be there to lead you.

I can take you to church,
but I cannot make you believe.

I can teach you right from wrong,
but I cannot always decide for you.

I can buy you beautiful clothes,
but I cannot make you beautiful inside.

I can offer you advice,
but I cannot accept it for you.

I can give you love,
but I cannot force it upon you.

I can teach you to share,
but I cannot make you unselfish.

I can teach you respect,
but I cannot force you to show honor.

I can advise you about friends,
but cannot choose them for you.

I can tell you about alcohol & drugs,
but I can't say "No" for you.

I can tell you about lofty goals,
but I can't achieve them for you.

I can teach you about kindness,
but I can't force you to be gracious

I can pray for you,
but I cannot make you walk with God.

I can tell you how to live,
but I cannot give you eternal life.

I can love you with
unconditional love all of
my life... But i cant teach you how to love me .

How to Speak well

Are you very shy when it comes to new surroundings, such as starting a new class or moving to a new area? Sometimes, it is necessary to overcome your shyness and speak confidently. By doing this, it can help you not only to share your ideas properly to others, but also to learn communicating with others. Here are a few steps to consider when speaking with confidence.

Steps

  1. Learn how to have conversations with people. Your ideas or opinions may not always be accepted by others, but this is nothing unusual. Open your mouth, express your beliefs! This will improve your courage.
  2. Don’t be afraid and speak loudly. If you speak in a low voice, not only will others not be able to hear what you say, but you will also portray a submissive demeanor, which suggests the opposite of a confident one.
  3. Make eye contact when you speak. For one thing, it is polite for others. Also, eye contact will help others to listen to your thinking carefully.
  4. Praise yourself everyday! This will promote your own confidence, which is important when you speak. With more confidence, people will take your thinking more seriously.

Tips

  • Don’t be nervous when you make mistakes. Human error is far from being a new concept — nobody is perfect! It is normal for everyone to make mistakes. Just calm down and keep speaking bravely.
  • Try and try again! This may be difficult for a shy person at first, but you need to force yourself to speak, and not seclude your thoughts. If you have some ideas, then try to speak out! Don’t just keep them in your head.
  • If you have self confidence issues, try to think that you are the only one who has sound knowledge about the topic. Then go ahead and impart your knowledge to the audience in an effective way.
  • Remember that there is a fine line between confidence and arrogance. Don’t portray an exaggerated amount of confidence, or you will come off as arrogant, believing that your ideas are better than the ideas of everyone else.

Love:A sweet feeling.

"I love you"
"I am completely devoted to you"
"I think you are amazing"

List is so long that it appears beyond my expectations. Really is is a rosy feeling. world looks like heaven. You are always in my mind. I can not live without you.

In first sight this is looking sooooooo fair, ya in really this is good but until there is no problem.

Actually I am showing this madness so that i can show you the other side of this feeling.

There are millions of lovers in this world. They are happy and cheering their lives and motivating each other and helping in the success of there friends. Love is not so easy matter to handle. Love and relations are two different thing. There are lot of relations without any love and also there are lot of loves without any relations.

So, I think, if your age is approximate 20 then there may be 90% chances that u have fallen in love already. Have you ever thought about its chemistry. There are thousands of songs which are explaining millions symptoms of love. There are thousands of stories which are explaining beauty of love. And also approximate 50% are with a sad end.

If we simply think then it look like a very simple process. A love is nothing but feeling of care and sharing of emotions. But in actual this is so complex that It has ability to kill you by 50 %. Love can kill us????!!!! hmmmm yes really.

Before explaining the real biology of love, I would like to explain the real theory of love. In actual what is love?
"Love is any of a number of emotions and experiences related to a sense of strong affection and attachment. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure ("I loved that meal") to intense interpersonal attraction ("I love my boyfriend"). This diversity of uses and meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states."

"The human body releases the cocktail of love rapture only when certain conditions are met and ... men more readily produce it than women, because of their more visual nature."

So what are these certain conditions. These conditions are very much random. Some time a simple eye contact is sufficient , and some time more complex matters like beauty, attraction, and some time even much more complex like sexual desires. The possibility is more when you have more probability of interaction. These conditions are so random that we can't predict them. So when we discuss in abstract normally love refers to interpersonal love. So love is an emotion and all emotions of human are being regulated by the central part of brain that is hypothalamus. So when ever you try to like some one (this process mostly occurs in automatic way) hypothalamus starts to release some hormones as oxytosin and vassopressin.  These harmones give the feeling of attachment. These hormones are capable of clutching ur brain up to full strength. In good sense these hormones are responsible for faith and trust for any person. These are those classical hormones which delivers a feeling of bond. These hormones are responsible for your holy love with ur family and close friends.

But on the other side, your interpersonal love is due to beauty or compatibility and you try to create special feelings or if she is compatible then the above situation of bonding deliberate releasing of some other hormones. If this situation continues for 2-3 months, then these hormones will be in large quantity and will stimulate other hormones dopamine, norepinephrine, serotinin, and neural growth factors. At the initial stage these hormones are the main cause of careness and romance. But as the amount of these hormones in blood increases, these hormones create some mental and physical problems.
This is the initial giddiness that comes when we're first falling in love includes a racing heart, flushed skin and sweaty palms. Dopamine is thought to be the "pleasure chemical," producing a feeling of bliss. Norepinephrine is similar to adrenaline and produces the racing heart and excitement. Together these two chemicals produce elation, intense energy, sleeplessness, craving, loss of appetite and focused attention. Crazed people can't think any thing rather than romance. The blood flow near ther receptor of Dopamine increased up to high extent. These receptors for dopamine -- associated with states of euphoria, craving and addiction. High levels of dopamine are also associated with norepinephrine, which heightens attention, short-term memory, hyperactivity, sleeplessness and goal-oriented behavior. In other words, couples in this stage of love focus intently on the relationship and often on little else. People in love have lower levels of serotonin and also that neural circuits associated with the way we assess others are suppressed. These lower serotonin levels are the same as those found in people with obsessive-compulsive disorders, possibly explaining why those in love "obsess" about their partner.

At this stage the sentence"LOVE IS BLIND" appears accurate. People are not able  in thinking any thing else than love. This is situation when the thoughts related with romance dominates and the sex hormones testesteron and estrogen releases. These sex hormones and dopamine mutually feed back each other. This is the reason that  partners feel strong affection and love after sex. Dopamine also causes a feedback to other hormones like oxytosin and serotinin, which are bonding hormones and play major role in long term relations. This stage is not good to break such emotions. Because of the high level of testesteron people feel attacking behavior. And if you reject your partner then this will increase anger in them which again stimulate the release of testesteron, and anger will be at its high. This is the situation when people do suicidal act on there partners.

Thank you

Next time I will be some thing new......:-)

Last extravaganza of tennis

It came in very silent manner. A very important for present and future. It is important to post final tag of dominance for him bcz his main rival is in the field. Others are also getting power full but still lagging behind. They are still not immaculate. Some one incited in a rapid way but they have still to do lot of things for reaching up to him. This is the peak time and the suspense is on the top.

The final clash of tennis, US open is running at full pace. Players are roaring to beat opposition. This time I am interested in this fabulous game because my favorite player is back into the field. I like matches of Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. This tournament is very important for Federer bcz he must have to prove his dominance against experienced Nadal. He have to prove why he is the greatest player of the world tennis and others are miles behind him. This may be easy to him bcz Nadal is suffering with abdominal inflict. But let us see what will be the result of his positive attitude. On other hand runner up of Wimbledon Andy Rodick is out of the game after losing his match against John Isner. But Djokovich did not lose his patience against him and has cruised to next round. Federe is in Quarter Final after a one sided match. Other biggies like del Petro, Andy murray are in countinuatrion of there journey. But surprisingly I have not watched a single match of this tournament becz of the heresy bad timing.

On the other side there is typhoon running in women tennis, bcz of some new teen players and Russia is completely flat in American soil. There are 8 playes belong to russia in the list of top 20 igenious players but all are out of context. It started from Dinara Safina whose grand slam dream is still in waiting. List continued with Elena Dementiva, Svetlana Kuznetsova, Maria Sharapova, and Venerova. Three of above are ousted by an American teenager Oudin. If we looks at the top 10 list then 7 players are out of context. Except Serena Williams all biggies of recent tennis have packed up from this last grand slam. This US open will be also remembered for great come back of power gamer Kim Clister. She is in bang and has not lost a single set. She is remained in two contender of this show with Serena.

For Indian, US open is of mixed success. Sania Mirza totally outplayed from this tournament and Somdev Verman lost a close match. But on other side Indian Express Liender Paes and Mahesh Bhupatti have cruised up to Semifinal in doubles with their respective partners. But i think Indian players are still inept to compete at world level tennis.

So enjoy this last grand slam of tennis in 2009.
Today is a very special day bcz it shows two moment which will be dated as 09:09:09,09:09:09. for time and date . Once in morning and once in evening.
This moment will again repeat after 81 year in 2090 when all digits will be 9or 0.

Thank You

Mummy ka chata

Dear friends...
Let me introduce you the new real story of mine. This was not too recent yet very interesting.

It was semester break of 5th semester. And I was feeling very pleasure since I was going to be with my family during holi after a long time.
It was all started with my mobile. I always cross check my mobile before going to home. My sms and the various censored material. But this time somehow i forgot and the punishment i got is really unbelievable.

The main story begins here..

During the diwali of 4th semester all my friends went home entrusting their room and keys to me. My laptop was not in condition (not working). I did mostly use my friends computer. There was a lot of entertaining censored material in one of my friend's computer. That was nude photographs of Hollywood celebrities and models. I thought it is a good thing to entertain a lonely person like me. To be more easy to use I just copied it to my phone. so that i can use anytime i feel of that.

Unfortunately I had never used that. So, obviously I forgot what was in my cell. In the way the next six month had passed and the holi of the next semester had come. I was very excited since I was going home after a long time and as i told already I was going to celebrate Holi.

Somehow I reached home and I was very tired. I paid regards to my parents and other elders. I had taken lunch and fell asleep.

I was dreaming something nice which I have forgot now. Then suddenly I felt someone was trying to wake me up. I had awaken and sat on the bed. Before I could understand anything a gentle slap hit my right cheek. I surprized that what happened. Then i opened my eyes and saw that my mother was standing in front of me. It was really surprizing to me. I could not able to think anything about this happening. Many question came and agitated my mind but all in vein. I was miles away from the reality. Nobody was talking to me and all this situation intrigued me whole night.

Next morning everything was going in routine manner but my Bhabhi was smiling at me. it was really ambiguous situation which had never happened before. But still i was not getting anything.

After lunch there was a general discussion going on about someone's marriage. When i reached there my Bhabhi taunted to my mother----"Mummy saurabh ki shadi ki chinta nahi hai aapko, Kitni acchi acchi Dulhano ki photo dhundh kar laya hai".

This sentence was answer of my all the questions. I felt very embarrased. I searched my cell phone but that was not at its place. Then my brother came and told about the matter. My mother shouted on me. "Beta tumne to naya record bana diya. Maine kabhi aise ladke nahi dekhe. Wahan pe tumlog yahi padte ho kya, computer es liye hin khareeda tha?"

I was not able to make eye contact with my mother. I answered with fear " Ek ladke ne dhokhe se copy kar diya tha". she replied, "to tumne dekha bhi nahi".

This whole situation was really very embarrassing for me. I took my mobile and opened that folder "DJ ki Pasand". I found that all photos had been already deleted. This was 2nd thing which shocked me.

This thing ruined my whole vacation and holi at home. I was very lonely in the home waiting eagerly to return to IITR.

These were really embarrassing moments for me. And had broken whole trust of my family. My values and character had completely changed in my family.

The returning journey was also really hard. I faced one of the most difficult situation in my life which I will explain in my next blog. Somehow I reached to IITR aftter 48 hours and got a surprizing news that I had become uncle.

Then after one week, for the first time I felt happiness.
The busy IITR life again continued..
"Ghar jane se pahle apna Phone check kar lena.."
Thanks!!

Good Speach

Here are some important public speaking tips to help you develop your skills and become far more effective as a public speaker.
  • Ensure your speech will be captivating to your audience as well as worth their time and attention. Videotape your presentation and analyze it. Emphasize your strong points during your presentation.
  • Present the desired image to your audience. Be solemn if your topic is serious. Appear relaxed, even if you feel nervous. Remember, you don’t look as nervous as you feel.
  • Establish rapport with your audience. If a microphone is available, adjust and adapt your voice accordingly.
  • Maintain sincere eye contact with your audience. If what you have prepared is obviously not getting across to your audience, change your strategy mid-stream if you are well prepared to do so.
  • Allow yourself and your audience a little time to reflect and think.
  • Check out the location ahead of time to ensure seating arrangements for audience, whiteboard, blackboard, lighting, location of projection screen, sound system, etc. are suitable for your presentation.
  • Tell audience ahead of time that you will be giving out an outline of your presentation so that they will not waste time taking unnecessary notes during your presentation.
  • Humour : Tell jokes if you’re good at telling jokes. If you aren’t good, it is best to leave the jokes behind. There’s nothing worse than a punch line that has no punch.
  • Tell stories : Stories make you a real person not just a deliverer of information. Use personal experiences to bring your material to life. No matter how dry your material is, you can always find a way to humanise it. Keep audience interested throughout your entire presentation. Remember that an interesting speech makes time fly, but a boring speech is always too long to endure even if the presentation time is the same.
  • Using Public Speaking Environment - Try not to get stuck in one place. Use all the space that’s available to you. If your space is confined (say a meeting room or even presenting at a table) use stronger body language to convey your message.
  • Mistakes - Mistakes are all right. Recovering from mistakes makes you appear more human. Good recovery puts your audience at ease - they identify with you more.

INDOMITABLE

In my life first time I watched all episodes of a TV show. This is not Heroes or Prison Break or any Korean TV series. This is horrible and adventurous Man vs Wild with Bear Gryll. I don't know, what is your mentality, you like it or not, but I have become its fan. In this convivial world such things are really surprising. It may be little bit cozenage but still interesting. If you are watching first time then it may looks disgusting to you but after all you will be fan of it.

Really when first time I saw it I also did omitting. How one could eat camel dung, how one could sleep inside dead camel, how one could eat a scorpion to save his life, how one could eat most dangerous snake wiper. But yes that's the survival technique in wast desert Sahara which is larger than US in area. After that I watched every episode of this serial. Thanks to Internet speed of summer approximate 1.8 MB per second downloading.

Actually why I got so much addicted to this show? I am a person of adventurous nature. I believe in biological theory of trait transfer. I always try to get strong attitude to face difficulties of life. According to me nothing is impossible to man. I can do every thing not only me but every one can do any thing , only process may be different. Bear Gryll supported my attitude through this show. This show is based on famous quote "Dar Ke Age Jeet Hai".

Second important thing which attract me is visual experience of real geographical demography. I could not able to visualise reality of Savannah grassland, but through man vs wild I deeply entered inside it. Not only Savannah , I experienced tough challenges of many extream locations of earth like Patagonia desert in South America, Kimberly desert Australia, most dangerous forest of US, Jayre, Amazon , South Dakota, and Glaciers of Patagonia, Iceland, and Siberia. During study of geography many times I read about Siberia that it is coldest place on earth with minimum temperature of -50 degree Celsius. Who can expect about survivability there but surprisingly peoples exist there with there specific survival technique.

The most important thing is that I got is some strong cases of life. You can use these cases in solving different problems. If some one is asking you that you lost in some place then how can you survive there. You can get best answer through this show. It shows that nothing is wrong in specific situations.

However Bear Gryll is a special person who has made many records in adventure but according to him every one can do all those task with right technique and cool and calm mind. So never lose your hopes at any moment. Man can do any thing. Today I saw last episode, in this way this thrill of 10 dayds ended. Really unforgettable for me.

Thank You

Debate

It can be difficult for people to get their point across without hurting one another in the process. Here are some tips for effectively resolving a problem by stating your views, while being collected and reasonable. Also included are tips on winning an argument.

Stay calm & Keep a steady low tone. The energy you give off is usually picked up on by the other person; if you are calm they sense you mean no harm and relax more. Even if you get emotional, try to keep your dignity and don’t lash out unexpectedly. Also consider your tone of voice; try to keep a steady, low tone and volume, not fluctuating to much in speed and sound. Try to sound as relaxed as possible and avoid high-pitched sounds. Also consider your body language: have a good firm posture that makes your feel powerful but not agressive.

Don’t insult the other person. Avoid to, in any way, say something that might be taken as an insult. When people are angry they are much more sensitive and will take even the smallest comment as an insult.

Express that you are willing to listen to the other person and respect them. Even though you might not agree with what the other person is saying you need to remember that they might feel just as strongly about their views as you do about yours.

Be reasonable. The outcome of the argument might not be exactly what you wanted, but never expect to get everything you want.

Don’t let it last too long, the argument degrades if it’s held out.

Allow each person to speak and make their point.

Set healthy boundaries. If the person with whom you are arguing is angry, obnoxious or verbally abusive, should you really be interacting with them? It may be better to walk away.

If the argument is with a clerk, salesperson, etc. ask to speak with their supervisor. If a supervisor isn’t immediately available, get a phone number.

Winning an Argument -

Think about the possible arguments for and against your side, and the opposite side. If there is any major weakness in your argument, you must fill it before coming to a confrontation with the opposition, or risk losing the argument.

Identify any major pitfalls your opponent can step into. A gentle nudge here and there to get them to make some sort of fallacious statement that allows you to close the bear trap is psychologically damaging and can win an argument on the spot. Also try to take each argument to its logical conclusion.

Always take full advantage of any illogicality or fallacy in your opponent’s argument. Return any illogical points with as many relevant logical facts as possible, to completely quash their point. If this is not possible, take their point and use it in your favor logically.

It’s always possible to lose an argument, especially if your argument has major weaknesses. Accept it if thats the case. However, arguments do sometimes come to standoffs, where no side is stronger than the other and nobody wins or loses. when this happens, learn to leave the argument as nothing can be gained by continuing to confront your opponent. When this happens, don’t lose control or get desperate.
